Park & Ride
Park & Ride lots are available across the state to help New Yorkers share rides. They are convenient places to meet carpool and vanpool partners or to pick up a bus, train or subway. With two or more passengers in the car, you may be able to save time and money in the high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes.
511NY Rideshare can help you determine carpool and vanpool routes, pickup and drop-off times and convenient meeting places, including Park & Ride lots. Call 511 and say “Rideshare.” Out-of-state travelers can call 888-GO511NY (888-465-1169), select a region (Hudson Valley/Catskills, Long Island, New York City Metro) and then say “Rideshare.”
